The Grammy Award winner moved her family to Los Angeles when she began hosting The Kelly Clarkson Show as well as being a regular coach on The Voice. With the majority of her work taking place at Universal Studios Hollywood, Clarkson put her three-story, light brown brick, 20,000-square-foot mansion in Hendersonville, Tennessee, up for sale for $8.75 million in 2017. When that didn’t sell, she reduced the price to $7.49 million earlier this year, and finally took the $6.3 million offer. Even with the reduction, Clarkson will still make a profit as she originally purchased the property for $2.8 million in 2013. The seven-bedroom, eight full and three half-bathroom estate is situated on more than four acres that overlooks the Cumberland River, making it possible to dock a boat on the property. Built in 2007, the home features a grand foyer leading to a two-story great room with a fireplace, French doors and mezzanine. A large cook-friendly kitchen is perfect for entertaining, as are the home’s screening room and game room. A unique feature of the home is the cowboy bar, which features saddles as bar stools.
