It wasn’t that the Encino home with its 10 bedrooms wasn’t large enough for their newest addition—daughter Willa was born in July 2020—but it was time for a change! In addition to the 10 bedrooms, the home, located in the coveted Royal Oaks section of Encino, also features 11 full bathrooms and 3½ bathrooms across 15,000 square feet of living space. The couple were the original owners of the estate, built-in 2019, which was designed by Jae Omar, who utilized all the lush greenery of the landscape, particularly the historic oak tree that sits at the center of the property. Other outdoor niceties are the lap pool with spa, aged wood design features, various imported stone accents, a custom wine cellar, and a six-car garage. Jonas and Turner also upgraded the property by turning the guest house into an entertainment area complete with a state-of-the-art projector and speakers in a theater room and a surround sound system, a cigar humidor, a kegerator, a fog machine, disco lights, and an inconspicuous DJ station. Additionally, the property has been outfitted with an extensive security system inclusive of various cameras, new technology, and perimeter fencing. Next, Joe will be reuniting with his brothers as the Jonas Brothers tour gets underway again after halting due to COVID-19, while Turner is currently filming the limited series The Staircase, the story of author Michael Peterson who was convicted of murdering his second wife. Carl Gambino of Compass represented the sellers, while Ethan Peskowitz & Fred Bernstein of Westside Estate Agency represented the buyers. Next, Congrats to the New Parents!
