During the interview, Clooney revealed an interesting story about how he pretends to be other major stars in genius “pranks.” The actor is a known prankster, and apparently, through teaming up with Jimmy Kimmel, he’s managed to seriously prank many people thanks to one thing: personal stationery. Clooney said, “You have to understand, Jimmy and I are a team. He’ll send me stationery, of like just people’s names. Like you sent me Brad Pitt’s stationery, and I send letters to people from Brad Pitt–horrible letters. " He then went on to explain how he pranked Pitt and Meryl Streep through this plan for years. “I saw Meryl Streep the other night. I sent her a letter years ago with a bunch of CDs that were a dialect coach, and I sent it from Brad. A bunch of CDs for Meryl Streep, and I said, ‘You know, this guy helped me with my accent in Troy, I thought maybe he could help you,’” he continued. Clooney said that he recently encountered Streep and explained the prank, and “Meryl said she avoided Brad for like five years.” We bet Pitt’s going to regret calling Clooney one of the most handsome men in Hollywood when he hears this story. But it’s not just Pitt who has gotten the Clooney prank treatment, as the actor then started to say something else, pausing and questioning if he and Kimmel would get in trouble for it. Kimmel told him to go ahead, saying, “I don’t know what they can do now.” The Ticket To Paradise star then stated that Kimmel got him the official gold-embossed White House stationery of Bill Clinton, saying, “I send actors all the time letters from Bill Clinton about how much he loved their movie, which I guarantee you are hanging up in their home.” Kimmel and Roberts, clearly used to the amazing lengths prankster Clooney will go to, just laughed. Clooney then addressed the people who have these fake letters hanging on their walls, saying, “So if anyone’s watching, take the picture down!” More News:
